Donate to YAAHA

The Yocum African American History Association’s mission is to broaden the knowledge of the cultural sector, educational community, and the public by making available documented African American history. We cannot do that without your help. Please consider making a donation to our non-profit foundation.

Like you, we want to help our youth, especially young black people, overcome obstacles and achieve success. This shared passion motivated us to find a way to end generational poverty—once and for all. We understand, just as you do, that this long sought-after goal presents a huge challenge, a monumental task.

And, for sure, your help is needed to make this happen, something we must do for our country’s vulnerable young people.

Your donation will help us continue to educate the public, produce learning materials, and foster open-dialog forums across the USA. Additionally, your contribution will help us continue to get the word out and provide educational tool kits to universities, K-12 schools, and homeschooling parents.

Your support is crucial to the success of our worthwhile and vital cause and your donation is tax-deductible.

Please become a Supporter and be recognized at these giving levels. We appreciate any donation you can give. Each donation for $100 or more receives our book.

It is one of the most popular and flexible ways that you can support our cause. A bequest is a gift made through your will or trust. With the help of an advisor, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift be made to family, friends or the Yocum African American History Association as part of your estate plan.
