The Chronicle of Heroes, Black Contributions to America challenges the conventional narratives in Black history. The book is dedicated to sharing the lives of Blacks and their contributions to America from the Revolutionary War to the present day. The Chronicle of Heroes contains more than 740 illustrations of Blacks who were abolitionists, inventors, medical pioneers, entrepreneurs, architects, explorers, educators, political leaders, and activists. This book tells the stories of cooperation between Blacks and Whites and the struggles that Blacks have suffered without using generalities or stereotypes. Still, it celebrates the perseverance of the American spirit of Blacks in America. The book is written as a beginning to explore Black history, not the end of that study.
